महान भारतीय

26 जनवरी यानी गणतंत्र दिवस, फिर एक बार भारत की महानता का गुणगान गाया जाएगा। हम सब एक दिन के लिए देशभकत बन जाएंगे और अपनी महानता का परिचय देगें। 

आज में भारतीयों  यानी मेरी आपकी सबकी "महानता" के बारे में कुछ बात बताती हूँ।

हम भारतीय रास्ते में पान मसाला और तम्बाकू खाके थूकते हैं और कहते हैं कि ये धरती हमारी माता है।

हम वही भारतीय हैं जो बेटी की पढ़ाई से ज्यादा खर्चा बेटी की शादी में करते हैं। बेटी की पढ़ाई के लिए पैसे हो या न हो पर उसकी शादी के लिए पैसे बना ही लेते हैं।

हम भारतीय के आदर्श भगतसिंह, चंद्रशेखर, और राकेश शर्मा  नहीं होते हैं। बल्कि बोलीवुड के स्टार और क्रिकेटर होते हैं। किसी को भी ऐसा कहेते हुए सुना कि वह भगतसिंह बनना चाहता है, या फिर फौज में भर्ती होना चाहते हैं। शायद बहुत कम होगें। क्योंकि आज सबको दोलत और शौहरत,  अभीनेता और क्रिकेटर बनने सी मिलती हैं। 

हमें स्कूलों और कालेजों में पढाया जाता है कि हर रोज अखबार पढना चाहिए इससे नोलेज बढता है।  अच्छी बात है पढना चाहिए, पर क्या आपको लगता है कि आज के अखबारों में जो खबरें आती है वो पढने लायक होती हैं? अब शांति अखबार पढ़ने से नहीं, अखबार ना पढऩे से मिलती हैं। 

26 जनवरी यानी संविधान का दिन। उसी संविधान ने हमें बोलने की आजादी दी थी। (Article 19: Freedom of Speech and Expression) इसके जरिए हमें अपनी बात कहने का और हमारे विचारों को अभिव्यक्त करने की आजादी दी गई हैं।  पर कुछ  इसका इस्तेमाल कहा करते हैं ? गाली बोलने में । गालीयां देने की आजादी किसने दी हैं? 

आज़ादी के ७० साल हो जाने के बावजूद भी हम आज भी धर्म और जाती के नाम पर लड़ रहे है। आज भी महिलाओं को अपने हक़ के  लड़ना पड़ता है। हम सिर्फ बहार से मॉडर्न हुए है, पर सोच तो अभी भी वैसी ही है।

हम भारतीय सिर्फ तीन जगह ही अपनी देशभक्ति दिखाते है। १. १५ अगस्त को, २. २६ जनवरी को और ३. इंडियन मैच के वक़्त। यहाँ हमारी देशभक्ति बहुत जोरों से दिखती है।  बस बाकी के दिन ये देशभकित कहा चली जाती हैं कुछ समज  नहीं आता।  

याद  है हम स्कूलों में बोला करते थे, "भारत मेरा देश है। सब भारतवासी मेरे भाई-बहन हैं। मैं अपने देश से प्रेम करता हूँ। इसकी समृद्ध एवम् विविध संस्कृति पर मुझे गर्व है........"  कहा गई ये हमारी भावना? 




सच बात तो ये है की हम सब स्वार्थी हैं। हम सिर्फ अपना ही सोचते है , दुसरो का जो होता है तो होने दो अपनी फायदा कहा है वो हम पहले देखते है। सोचो अगर सारे आर्मी अफसर एक दिन की लिए भी काम करना छोड़ दे तो क्या होगा? सारे गवर्मेन्ट अधिकारी जिन्हे हम बहुत गालियां देते हे की वो कुछ काम नहीं करते, वो सारे चाहे वो बस ड्राइवर हो, डाकिया हो, बैंक अफसर हो, कोई भी हो, काम करना ही बंध कर दे तो क्या होगा? हम नसीबवाले ही  हमें सारी सुविधा उपलब्ध है।  अब तो टेक्नोलॉजी ने भी काफी तरक्की की है, पर क्या हम उसका सही इस्तेमाल करते है? शायद हम उसके लायक भी नहीं।       

मेरा कहना सिर्फ उतना ही है क्युं ना हम साथ मिल कर देश को आगे बढ़ाये। "वसुदेव कुटुंब कमः" की भावना तो सार्थक करे।  इतिहास में जिन  लोगोने हमारे लिए कुर्बानी दी है , उनकी कुर्बानी व्यर्थ ना होने दे।  जो आज देश का सोच कर आगे बढ़ रहे है। उनका सर्मथन करे। आपकी छोटी सी कोशिश भी देश को आगे ले जाने के लिए काफी है। सारा देश हमारा है और हमें ही उसको आगे लेकर  जाना है। 

में इस ब्लॉग के जरीये वादा करती हू की में मरने से पहले अपने देश को कुछ देकर ही जाऊगी। चाहे वो छोटा ही क्यों न हो।

International Seminar

After a long long time, I am going to write another blog regarding my first Internal Seminar. 

This Internal Seminar on “Gender, Identity and Career” given by Prof. Alice Clark (Author of Valued Daughters : First Generation Careen Women) at Women’s Development Cell, GLS University on 23^rd January, 2017.

Prof. Clark said that she lived in Allahabad, Baroda and Mumbai and saw the position of the women in the society. According to her it’s the time for Devolution of Daughters. She believes that all the women choose their career for Lifetime not for few years. Women in Urban Area should educated and be career oriented. Demographic Transaction should be revocable.

In her research she found that in the year 1971-72, women’s children ratio was 2.5 to 6. In the year 1980, there are 85% men worked and only 25% women worked, irony is that this ratio is still not 50%-50%. Women were not self dependent, and there are so many vices like Dowry, Child Marriage and Son Priority etc. In the year 1990, she sees the possibilities of more Careers. Women choose the professional careers in this era and sees new climate for Qualification. She strongly said that if Ur daughter is able to have professional identity, you should proud of that.

She thought women should choose late marriage, few children and long career. It’s important change in life economy. She further said that if mother who have never professional career, professional career and liberty is Imagery, their entire plan for marriage not for career and mother never against before. Only women are born the children and sky are limit for them. 

For Indian Women, she had strongly recommended that parental encouragement is very important. Women should negotiate the things which she doesn’t like. Let the marry children with professional class. Be a profession Identity for family and be service oriented. Men must allow his wife to decision making in family.

After attending this seminar, I am very thankful for Prof. Clark. She showed mirror for us, her point regarding women’s career is very strong and commendable. Yes, we are 21^st century girls and we should learn how to negotiate. We should have professional career, we can be a decision maker.

Inglouris Nature

In this 21^st Century, all men and women worked together, women deprived all the places from men. Women works in Airline to Petrol Pump, Hotel to Small Shops. She is became CEO, Manager and Capable to handle her Business very successfully.

Notwithstanding, somewhere, sometime women have very disgraceful feeling.

I am Law Student and in college we learn about IPC (Indian Penal Code). In this Act there are some sections which are related to women and it’s so important in all the women’s life. Especially IPC Section 375, which is about Rape.

I see there are some girls who are not ready to listen and/or write about this particular section. When there are question asked about this in the exam. Some Girls are not ready to write about Rape in the answer sheet too. I asked her “why she is not written about Rape, in particular it’s related with her also”. And she gives me answer “I know it’s related to girls but I feel so Dirty and Blowzy.”

  After listening her answer I asked a question to myself, “Is she our future lawyer? If she is not ready to write about Rape in the one answer sheet, how can she help her Rape victim client in the court? How she argument in the Court?”

I assume that this things are happened in medical field and Girls Students also? But I think it is not their fault. We Girls, are usually not open-up about such a things. Girls are feeling very inglorious to talk about menstrual problem, pregnancy and sexual harassment. Nature of abash, Girls are not going to Hospital for their personal problems, they are not going to Police Station for harassment and don’t talk anything to their own mother too.

Girls have to open-up about this without any hesitation. If girls have enough knowledge to spread awareness, she must do that first. I am also one of these girls. I will not organized any event and tell girls about this. I will not go door to door to teach them about menstrual problem and I will not go to slum area to aware women about family planning.

But yes, whenever I see and meet the girls and women who need my help and I think she should be aware, I help them definitely and provide information whatever I know. 

After all, we are in 21^st Century. Isn’t We?

Demonetization

Now a days, In India all people are suffering for demonetization.

        Somehow, the situation is going to difficult. People suffering a lot because of deficiency of Cash in Bank and ATM. Specifically all those people who are not using Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking are annoying because of Cash Ban. 

        But think about that,
 When our house was under construction, how many problems we are facing at that time?
 When new road are developing or resurfacing, isn't it easy to drive properly?
 When new Over Bridge/Under Bridge and Fly Over is developing, it takes time and think how much we sufferd at that time? 

        But thereafter, we live in renovated new house, we drive on new developed road, we can save our time by using Over Bridge/Under Bridge and Fly Over. At that time we forget our all problem which we were facing at those time. And feel so happy and relaxed. Right? 

     So Friends, we are around 125 Crores. Think about that how difficult to handle this situation for sending cash to each and every State, District, Village and People?

      I have got one WhatsApp Msg, In 1969, President of America Richard Nikson was also banned cash of $ 500,  $ 1000,  $ 5000 and  $  1,00,000 at midnight. After this resolution, 90% American people started using Credit/Debit Card and promoting Cashless transactions. We can see that where the America is stand today? 

     I will not say that Please support our PM Narendra Modi, but i have to say that please don't support Black Money, Corruption and Terrorism. 

     This is our long time investment, its surely return back with huge interest. Be Patience. Support the Nation. 

      Golden days takes a time.

   And remember one thing Difficult roads always leads to beautiful Destinations.
